It's Christmas!

Well, not yet- everyone knows it's not actually Christmas until you hear 'Stay' by East 17, however, the abundance of M&S adverts indicates that the season to be jolly is drawing near. Apparently Christmas is not just any beautiful girls hanging about in their underwear, but Marks and Spencer beautiful girls hanging about in their underwear.

I LOVE Christmas, mainly for the Christmas dinner, with just any brussel sprouts, not M&S (I might have to take out another mortgage on my house if I buy these) Brussel Sprouts. It's the time of year that I almost wish I wasn't vegetarian because the turkey smells soooo good and my slightly burnt nut cutlet doesn't really compare.

Nothing fills me more with joy than buying gifts for people, but unfortunately this year, I have absolutely no money. This is despite living off nothing but pasta and sauce for the entire year, drinking next to zero alcohol and changing my species to hermit.

I am determined to enjoy Christmas as much as I always do. I shall be visiting my mum, who has recently moved, so at least it might be a bit warmer there. How I long for somewhere warmer- like the North Pole.

Being in touch with people I met in Oz is great- those who will be BBQing on Bondai Beach this Christmas and enjoying Sydney's fantastic fireworks on New Year's Eve. Not jealous... well maybe just a bit.

Well 25 Days left and counting. We've got Coca Cola adverts, Christmas Trees and Goodwill to all Men to look forward to. Just make sure you have the remote control to hand for when Kerry Catona pops up reminding us that she is a mum, but despite that fact, seems to spend all her time either partying or shopping, if you believe everything you see in iceland adverts.

Possibly more Xmas blogs to come. I've started a day early. Don't know why. Will possibly finish a day early to make up for it.
